note: The small plate pictured has a different hole pattern to my final layout. The new layout allows staggered movement of fences in 10mm increments So 10 mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, etc from center, or with the fence flipped, 5mm, 15mm, 25mm, 35mm, 45mm etc from center.

I originally made these for my drill press but you could use them for any precise and repeatable application that does not require huge levels of precision.

I have limited stock now and am in the process of making the fist batch.

There are two models,

Small, 300mm x 375mm with 80 fixture holes

Large, 375mm x 600mm with 120 fixture holes

Both come with a fence and a stop that allow repeatable and accurate setups (Videos to follow) and shoulder bolts to mount the fences and stops.

The suit standard M10 Clamp sets for milling, making them extremely versatile

They are available either as blank units with 8.5mm holes just as laser cut. As a minimum the fences will need to be ground and straightened from the heat warp, and you will need to ream and tap OR

I will do the work and supply all fence edges ground and holes Tapped to M10 ready to go, with the M10 shoulder bolts. I can grind them and blacken them to to finish as an additional service just ask. will price as required.
