Description

Designed to prick pork skin to make crackling. These hammers are much easier to use than other commercially available options.

They are made of brass heads with stainless steel prickers, that can be removed for ease of cleaning.

They are available as head only for you to add your own customised handle, with factory made spotted gum factory made handles or with a custom made Osage Orange Handle.

    Does a great job with pork crackling. There’s great satisfaction in hammering away on a pork belly to prick the skin, and then roasting slowly to get the best crackling ever. Much better to use than a Jacquard or corn cob holder.
