This is a basically my brass bodied centre punch that has become so famous but with a Niroc Knurled steel handle. The handles are hot blued for corrosion resistance.
The tip the proprietary carbide used in all my punching tools and will provide excellent performance in all kinds of materials.
The handle is tool steel and treated for toughness. It will mushroom over prolonged use and require dressing just like any other punch. Wear PPE including safety glasses.
