Description
Designed to be used in more delicate situations than my standard Deburr tools, the short handled variation has a handle 6cm long rather than the standard 12cm handle. They are otherwise the same.
These hand De-burring tools have a multi-flute, 90 degree tungsten carbide cutter cutter in a knurled brass handle. I now offer a range of standard knurls. The knurl is closer to the cutting bit similar to my scribes.
These are available with custom knurls and all my usual additions. There are three sizes available:
0.5-6mm (1/64″ to 15/64″)
1-10mm (1/64″ to 3/8″)
2-12mm (5/64″ to 15/32″)
If you choose the custom Knurl option I will engrave the knurl with basically any pattern you want. Just let me know!

I purchased a small de-burring tool at the lost trades fair 2025, It is a beautiful, unique tool that looks un-like any other brand. Works beautifuly.

I tried this bevel tool on a whim, because I have tested 3 other tools (cheap Amazon grade tools) with varying geometries. This tool has blown them all away, and leaves a crisp beautiful chamfer on aluminum and steel with a few hand passes. Again I am quite surprised at how well this tool works. This will be my new go to for cleaning up drilled holes in any metal.
