Radius Master RM48 Series II Wrap Around Tool Rest

This tool rest has been specialy designed for jigging and fixturing as well as giving an excellent work surface to utilise all the benifits of the radius masters 90mm wheel, flat platen and three wheel cluster (50, 38 and 25mm wheels)

Unlike normal radius master tool rests it will not be case hardened and blued. It will be supplied in usable condition.

it has over 60 x 5mm holes, which can be tapped to M6 as required. These can be used to clamp all kinds of jigs and fixtures to the table in a repeatable way, making job setup super easy and allowing for repeatable results.

A fence can be use to turn this plate into a very basic suface flattening and squaring fixture, as we do at Niroc for our hammer handles.

The plate main plate measures 600mm x 100mm with the addition and included wrap arounds for 50, 38 and 25mm extending it 65mm arond the machine.

The plate is neither height adjustable nor angle adjustable.
